I didn't stay at the hotel, but had a very poor experience when trying to arrange a stay. I wanted to book 3 non consecutive nights because of Reefsleep. I was first told it was ok, then afterwards my single day booking was just denied, without any clear explanation or any offer to find a solution. If this was any indication of the level of service I would get there I don't want to stay there anymore.

Great accommodation. Helpful and friendly staff. Exceptional included breakfast. Our room was clean and tidy with great views. This is not the first stay here and it won't be the last. It will be our go to when staying at Airlie Beach. 😃👍

Had an amazing one week stay over Christmas, our expectations were exceeded with excellent customer service from all staff and especially Greg and Nettie who went well above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The continental breakfast was fresh, plentiful and a wonderful start to the day. Location was very handy to Airlie Beach and the ferry terminal to Hamilton Island. The swimming pool was the highlight for all of us and especially our son, we went swimming every day in the pool on more than one occasion. We had dinner in the restaurant onsite and the food was high standard. Laundry facilities were very handy and the shuttle was organised to and from the airport from one of the staff. Highly recommend the resort and would stay here again. The Greenwood Family

The hotel is in a perfect location walking distance to the city centre the view from our balcony was amazing the room was very spacious and very clean the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful we could not have been any happier happy hour and the food was great in the restaurant and the view from the restaurant and deck was great once again Colonial palms and your amazing staff thankyou for a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back again they Even surprised my wife with a Birthday Desert.
