Ebony is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever come across! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome with her friendly personality, positive energy, and genuine smile. She was incredibly attentive, remembered our drinks, and somehow managed to keep up with a busy bar while making every customer feel like a priority. Her cocktails were absolutely spot on, and her knowledge and passion for what she does really shine through. It’s rare to find someone who delivers such outstanding customer service while creating such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. If you’re lucky enough to have Ebony behind the bar, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience. She truly goes above and beyond, and she’s a huge credit to the venue. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at the Airlie Beach Hotel for one night and was genuinely impressed, especially considering I paid around $194 for the night. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the bed was absolutely amazing. It was a huge genuine king rather than two single beds pushed together, and I had an excellent night's sleep. The room also had a soundbar connected to the television, which was a surprisingly nice touch for listening to music. The whole stay was easy and comfortable. The hotel was well presented, the room felt properly looked after and, after staying somewhere significantly more expensive the night before, the value here really stood out. For around $194 a night, I thought the Airlie Beach Hotel offered excellent value. Clean room, fantastic bed, thoughtful touches and an overall experience that was simple and enjoyable. I would happily stay again.

A Charming but Dated Gem in a Fantastic Location Let’s be honest this hotel is showing its age. The property could use a real upgrade; even a simple switch from traditional keys to keycards would go a long way. The 10:00 AM checkout is also disappointingly early and feels out of step with what most modern hotels offer. That said, a few things genuinely impressed us. Despite being above a pub, the noise was a complete non-issue we slept without interruption. The room had a decent view, and our personal highlight was a cockatoo that dropped by daily like a feathered concierge. Unexpectedly delightful. The real star, though, is the location. Restaurants, bars, and entertainment are literally steps away, which makes this spot hard to beat for convenience and atmosphere. Dated? Yes. Perfect? No. Worth it? Absolutely and we’d stay again.

Thank you Ty and team, especially the beautiful, friendly Irish ladies behind and in front of the bar who made me feel so welcome over the last few days. Enjoyed Rod's singing as well. Food, atompsphere and especially the service was excellent. Great time was had by all! James
