We went for dinner on a Thursday night. Barramundi and Seafood basket were good. Nothing exceptional. Drinks are served in plastic glasses. Service was a bit disappointing. While we were trying to decide, the lady who served us was a bit in a hurry to get our order, just so she could get back to her phone. Even though it was quite empty and without a proper good vibe, the artist singing and playing was really good.
Very dirty. Building falling apart. No customer service. Didn't have menu items so I had to order a side salad. The salad tasted mouldy. Only the second time in my life I've returned food and asked for a refund. Partners dinner of seafood basket was even worse. Definitely would not recommend.
Went to the beaches for lunch with my partner and our 2 teenage kids while on holidays, arrived a few minutes before 12 so waited for them to open. Once inside we checked out the menu and ordered by 12:10. The lady who took my order wasn’t the happiest at all, they didn’t have arancini balls available and then didn’t have Caesar salad either so she was quite annoyed when I took a moment to look at the menu again to decide what I wanted. We waited an hour for our food which was only nachos, barramundi and a chicken burger, the barramundi was terrible it was more like 2 pieces of Cole’s frozen fish that was deep fried, it was like rubber not crispy at all, the nachos were burnt on top, the chicken burger had a burnt bun and an extremely overcooked chicken patty. When I spoke to the manager all he said was oh that’s not good! It wasn’t busy there were maybe 4 other small groups in the whole place! We normally love a good pub meal but not this one! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND
DON'T BOTHER, Extremely unhygienic. The place is filthy, black mould growing everywhere even on the fridges, the building looks like it's falling apart. 5 of us ordered lunch Sea food platter overcooked and rubbery, Burger was disgusting The salad was very bitter tasting and the potato wedges overcooked and peppery, We couldn't eat it and did get half a refund, Later that day one off us got sick, No customer service, staff members standing around with nothing to do. Don't even think about using the toilets.
