Me and my two gorgeous daughters had the opportunity to dine at the tavern on a friday night. The staff are fantastic, the food came out quickly and it was very well cooked. A little bit pricey, but I would definitely go back. The atmosphere was very enjoyable. They are having renovations at the time , so there wasn't many seat options and he air conditioner wasn't working either.but will still be going back.

Nice pub! Staff were friendly and the place is huge. Food was alright but I like how they offered the option of a Sunday Roast. Lamb was fab!

Unbelievably positive experience at this venue. On a 1 week holiday in Whitsundays and visited here three times. Firstly, parking is a breeze, the staff are super helpful and no wait to get a table. The kids menu has a drawing activity on one side and the food options on the other. There were pencils, texta’s and crayons at the bar which a waiter brought over to us for our kids. We were advised of a mobile app that can be used to order to our table in the bistro, and informed we would get $10 credit on sign up. The app was super easy to navigate and within no time we had ordered our dinner. Steak, lamb shank, kids cheeseburger meal. To our amazement, in literally just 7 minutes, all of our meals had been served to our table. The shock threw us back in our seats at how fast these super delicious high quality meals were served. When we went to order more drinks through the app, they were being served at warp speed. We were by far not the only people at the venue. This must be the most efficient hard working friendly team I’ve ever dined with. Bravo. To top it off, the children absolutely loved the playground outside and overall on returning we had the exact same experience again. My absolute love goes out to this place and I’m deeply saddened that my local tavern is nowhere as good as this!

Booked online day of and reserved an outdoor beer garden table. (There is play equipment in this area, so it was very noisy with kids playing). You can also bring dogs into this area :-) Service was excellent. It was very busy, however we only had to wait approx 45 mins which was clearly communicated. We chose a beef snitzel which was huge (400g). The meat was a little thick in parts and a tad chewy but it was edible. The crumb coating was thick but it wasn’t overcooked. The gravy dishes are so small, need a ton of gravy with a piece that huge haha. The chicken parmi was a little dry and was just warm and not hot. Chips were good. Overall, it was a pleasant meal and would return to try other options.
