Amazingly fresh seafood! Service was friendly and fun and the selection is great and the fish came super fresh and hot and so did the fries! Great selection of a couple of different fish or combinations available of different types of things like squid, fish, shrimp, etc! Worth a stop! Grilled is by far the best option and tastes amazing as the battered has a lot of oil but not sure why grilled is a dollar more :(

Got soft shell crabs, reef fish and wild Barra grilled. I liked the reef fish and wild barra. Soft shell crabs is okay. The salad is nice. I like the tartare sauce more than the seafood sauce because of its tanginess. Chips is alright.

Really amazing seafood and for a fair price with good portions. I had been wanting to try a Moreton bay bug and this was the perfect place. My husband loved the grilled fish and i loved the crumbed! The guy working there not sure if he was the owner was really nice and helped us pick what we wanted as well as checked on us. Will be back to try some more items for sure! Small outdoor dining area is available.

If you’re in Airlie Beach and chasing proper fish & chips, this place absolutely nails it. The seafood is as fresh as it gets—literally tastes like it’s come straight off the boat that morning. The fish is perfectly flaky with a light, crispy batter (no grease overload), and the chips are golden, crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside… exactly how they should be. What really sets it apart though is the freshness. You can tell they take pride in using quality, locally caught seafood, and it shows in every bite. Even the extras—calamari, prawns, and tartare sauce—are spot on. Laid-back vibe, great portions, and the kind of place you end up talking about long after you’ve left. If you’re in Airlie, don’t overthink it—this is the fish & chips stop you’re looking for.
